Originally coming from the Breaking The Spine blog, Waiting on Wednesday allows me to talk about a book I just can’t wait to get my hands on !
Don’t forget to tell me about the book you’re eager to read, this week, in comments!
Expected publication : March 8th 2016
Publisher : Amulet Books
Paloma High School is ordinary by anyone’s standards. It’s got the same cliques, the same prejudices, the same suspect cafeteria food. And like every high school, every student has something to hide—whether it’s Kat, the thespian who conceals her trust issues onstage; or Valentine, the neurotic genius who’s planted the seed of a school scandal.
When that scandal bubbles over, and rumors of a teacher-student affair surface, everyone starts hunting for someone to blame. For the unlikely allies at the heart of it all, their seven ordinary-seeming lives result in extraordinary change.
When you read this synopsis, all you can think about is how ordinary it seems. An high school story, with many different characters…what’s new in that? Well, let me tell you, sometimes, it’s really good to read a book with a not-so-complicated synopsis. Moreover, I really like how the characters are introduced in this little, simple summary. A scandal in high school, seven lives changing? It seems like a multiple POV story… and I can’t wait to read them all.
I can’t wait to read this book! I was recently approved for it on Netgalley, so I can’t wait to get to it! 😀
Aww that’s so awesome! I hope you’ll like it! 😀
Great pick! This one sounds really interesting and I really enjoy books that have multiple povs. I’m definitely adding it to my list.

Thank you Traci, I’m glad you like it! 🙂 Thank you for stopping by! 😀
I got approved for that book just yesterday!!! I am looking forward to it, but I still have 2 books to read before I can get to it.
Aw you did?! I need to request it, too!! Aw, always so hard, I have so many books to read, too, and with NaNoWriMo, I barely get any reading done. It’s frustrating!
I’ve only read 1 1/3 books this month. I totally know how you are feeling! But you should request it! They were really quick with mine!
I think I will! Thank you! 🙂
This looks really good! Adding it to my TBR shelf! Thanks for sharing! Here’s my WoW. Happy reading!
I’m glad you like it! Thank you for stopping by!! 😀
I’ve never heard of this book but it sounds like a good read! I might definitely put it on my TBR! I’m not a big reader of high school drama settings, but there’s no harm in it once in a while!
I understand, sometimes high school drama books are getting annoying. I’m not in high school anymore, it’s been a while -damn, I feel old…- but sometimes reading books about that is annoying. Some other times, it’s great just to relax 🙂
Thank you for stopping by, Josie <3
