Life has been… well, life, lately. December, the winter mood and a lot of things have been getting to me mentally, so it hasn’t been the best month of the year. I don’t want to dwell on it too much.
I went back to see my family for the holidays and it was a lovely breath of fresh air, nice to get back to the roots for a little bit, so there’s that! ❤️
New year, hopefully brighter months are ahead!

Monthly Reading Wrap-Up
It’s been an half-and-half kind of month, meaning… well, half of my reads were excellent and the others, okay. Still managed to read 4 books, so yay for that!
BOOK LOVERS ☂️ I’m a fan of Emily Henry’s books… like a lot of people, I guess. Once again, I really enjoyed this adult romance, loved the bookish characters, the tension, the sparks and growing romance. EXCELLENT plus for the sister vibes here, which I’m all here for, always. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
EVERYONE’S THINKING IT ☂️ I was a bit disappointed by this one, I think I kind of had a hard time getting invested in it. Maybe it was my mood at the time, who knows? I expected to be more invested in the drama of this book, but it felt a bit underwhelming, at times. Still enjoyable, just not up to my initial expectations, sadly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
THE BREAKUP TOUR ☂️ Forever obsessed with Wibbroka’s books, I think I might love their adult romances even more. This was heavily Taylor Swift inspired (awesome), the romance was absolutely excellent and I just loved it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
WE’LL NEVER TELL ☂️ This book kind of freaked me out, at times? Just, something about its atmosphere got me. I really think this author’s talented in this genre and I was invested in the story as a whole, I was just… a bit freaked out, too, ahah. Still recommending it to fans of YA thrillers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I made it!!
I’m still working on this 4th draft of my sisters WIP. As you recall, I told you all I had a goal of finishing it by December 31st, but that did not happen.
Some things just take longer than usual, I guess. I did my best and wrote a lot, but well, life.
I have a new goal, finish this draft by the end of January. Let’s hope I can make it!
I managed a post a week this past month and I’m pretty happy about that. I’ve already mentioned I’ve been a little low on inspiration these past few months and, for the upcoming month – and year, I still plan on going with the flow.. and see how this goes. Hoping you’ll still follow along. and thank you, always!!

I feel the urge to go inhale The Breakup Tour like immediately because one Wibbroka don’t disappoint I know I’m in for a good time, inspired by Taylor Swift like yes hi fellow swiftie so I’m down and also I love music themed books. OMG I just read the blurb for this and yes ok I’m going to be impatiently be waiting for this to be released now so I can devour this book.
