Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by Brokeandbookish. This week’s theme is Ten Wishes I’d Ask The Book Genie to Grant Me. Obviously, there are lots of wishes I’d love to come to life, so I tried to narrow it down to ten…Let’s take a look!
As you all know by now, I really love John Green, so obviously it’s one of my biggest wishes to read a new book from him. He’s currently writing, and I’m currently losing it completely because I’m so impatient, haha!
This is definitely a place I would love to have in my future house. A reading room, a special place with bookshelves and a cosy little place to read, with a window maybe…wouldn’t that be amazing?.

3 • Beautiful, filled bookshelves
I can’t talk about a reading room without talking about bookshelves..damn, I love those, and I lack them so much in my life. I want big, filled bookshelves that I can drown in!.
4 • A new book from Michelle Hodkin
If you’re not familiar with this name, she’s the fantastic author of the Mara Dyer series. I absolutely loved her writing style, and the suspense and craziness she put in her first trilogy. I can’t wait to see what she comes up next with!
5 • Radio Silence to come out now
Alice Oseman is one of my favorite authors, too, because I think she has such a true vision of teenagers. Maybe because she’s so young…or simply fantastic?! Her next book, Radio Silence, got me intrigued, so I can’t wait for 2016 to come to read it!
6 • Having enough time just to read all the books
Time is definitely something I feel like I’m lacking, when it comes to reading books. I just want to read all of them, all the time, but uni, work, life comes between me and the books, and I don’t. like. it. That. much.!
7 • A great bookish meeting with all of you guys!
Can you picture how amazing that would be? I would love to talk with all of you guys about books, around cups of tea and coffee (as you prefer), obviously surrounded with books. We’d have such amazing discussions between book bloggers!. (I know, sorry about the minion picture, but, don’t we all look CUTE?!)
8 • Participate in a writing workshop with my favorite authors
This comes as a bookish thing, too, because it’s with authors, right?! I would love to get together with a couple of my favorite authors, and see how they work, how they write and eveyrthing!
9 • Work in the book industry, or somewhere close to books
This is one of my biggest dream, even if I don’t know whether or not it’s time to give up, haha. I would love to work in the book industry, or just somewhere close to books, where I can talk about them, all the time!
10 • Going on an adventure like in 13 little blue envelopes
If I could take a story out of a book, and live it myself, it would definitely be the 13 little blue envelopes story! Reading letters and going to discover beautiful cities, meet incredible, life-changing people…what a dream!

Great list! I wouldn’t mind a new John Green book myself! But I agree on everything else as well. I think we bookworms think very much alike 🙂
Thank you so much!! <3
You’re welcome 😉
I combined your number 6 and 9 into my number one 😉 My TTT
Aw, I’m glad to see we have that in common, then! 🙂 Thank you so much for stopping by! 🙂
I absolutely NEED the perfect reading room. Complete with a beautiful fireplace, comforting chair/bed duo with comfy pillows and blankets, an unlimited supply of tea and my cat curled up somewhere in the room.. ?
Great wishes!
I can totally picture it, and I want to live in this place forever! This sounds so amazing 🙂 Thank you so much Josie! <3
All of these are great, especially number 4! I am dying to see what she does next!
