Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by Brokeandbookish. This week’s theme is the theme of my choice, and I decided to do the Top Ten Characters I would love to spend a day with. I actually don’t know why it’s a top ten, I’d love to spend a day with so many characters I fell in love with, because of their personnalities, in pages of books…but here’s a little selection. As always, click on the title of the books for a link to their Goodreads page 🙂

1 • Marguerite, A Thousand Pieces of You, Claudia Gray
If you’ve read this book, you know what I’m talking about. Time-travelling and amazing adventures, yes, please! Only for a day, though, because it might get exhausting…and kind of dangerous, too.
2 • Etienne,Anna and The French Kiss, Stephanie Perkins
Okay, I admit it, like a lot of others before me, I fell for Etienne. Well, I just like him a lot, and spending a day exploring Paris or going to the movies with him, (and hearing his English accent all day), yes, please!.
3 • Alaska, Looking for Alaska, John Green
She’s unpredictable, she’s a little weird, she’s a lot of fun. Even if I’m not sure I would approve of everything she does (smoking and drinking lots, to quote a few), I definitely would be up to spending a day with her. Just to take my chance and try to figure her out.
4 • Bishop, Panic, Lauren Oliver
Bishop is Heather’s best friend, (she’s the main character in Panic, for those of you who didn’t get the chance to read this book, yet). I remember loving this guy, he’s the perfect best friend, and I would have such a blast with him.
5 • Peter KavinskyTo All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Jenny Han
Peter Kavinsky is between the good and the bad boy in this book…and honestly, I would love to spend a day with him to see both of those sides, and love him even more!

6 • Michael Holden, Solitaire, Alice Oseman
If you’ve never read this book, I’m not going to spoil it for you. I love Michael’s weirdness and all of his quirks made him perfect, I’m sure I would have a lot of fun with him!
7 • Ezra, The Beginning of Everything, Robyn Schneider
Okay, Ezra is like the perfect guy, so it’s obvious I choose to put him on this list. He’s sweet, down to earth, and honestly…I don’t know, I just loved him from A to Z in this book !

8 • Justin, Awaken, Katie Kacvinsky
Fiercely independant, handsome of course, but that’s not what matters the most, smart, leading a revolution…a day with Justin would be filled with adventures and give a purpose to my actions.
9 • Kenji, Unravel Me, Tahereh Mafi
Kenji is pretty much my favorite in the Shatter Me Series. He’s just so much fun, and he knows what’s best for his friends.

10 • Lizzy, Ella, Betsy,The Originals, Cat Patrick
They count as one, since they’re in the same books, and they are identical triplets…or so it seems. They all have their own personality, and they all seem very interesting to be with!
Would you like to spend the day with any of those characters? Why? If you had to do this top ten, which characters would you put on your list? Let me know in comments!
Great post 🙂
I have copies of A Thousand Pieces of You, Looking for Alaska, and The Beginning of Everything that I still need to read!
I would definitely want to spend time with the characters in The Maze Runner, that would be pretty cool…scary, but cool! lol
Aw yes, you should read those, they’re all amazing! 😀
I didn’t think about the Maze Runner characters, but what a great idea! It would be a little scary, sure, but, no time to get bored, haha!
Thank you for stopping by, Ashley! 😀
I LOVE books about time travel. I am going to have to check out #1 for sure!!
Aww yes, if you love this kind of books, I’m sure you will love A Thousand Pieces! 😀
Thank you so much for stopping by! 😀
The really sad thing is that I’m so behind on my TBR list that I have not read ANY of these titles, so I can’t say how I feel about these characters. From reading your explanations for each character, it still seems like a fantastic list though. 🙂
Aw thank you so much Summer! I understand, so many books to read, that’s insane! I hope you’ll find the time to read some of those soon, they’re amazing ! 😀
Thank you for stopping by Summer! 😀
Ooh, this is a tough topic! I don’t know how I would limit it to just ten. I could choose ten just from the Harry Potter world.
Happy TTT!

Haha I totally understand, it was hard to pick only ten characters, and from different books, there are so many great ones I’d love to be able to meet! 😀
Thank you for stopping by! 🙂
I’d definitely hang out with Ezra (and invite Toby over)! And I’d device a prank with Alaska. That’d be awesome! I’d also add Simon Spier (Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda) to the list, as well as Aaron Soto, Thomas Reyes and Genevieve (More Happy Than Not), Poppet and Widget (The Night Circus), Q (Paper Towns), Theodore Finch (All the Bright Places), The Finches (To Kill a Mockingbird), and Ryan Dean West (Winger). Oh boy, there’s so much more I’d practically mess up the comment section!
You’re quoting so many characters I still need to discover, and now, I can’t wait! Why are you always making my TBR SOOO long, haha, thank you!! 😀 Haha, please feel free to talk about every character you can think of, I had a hard time picking only ten! 🙂
Thank you so much for stopping by! 😀
Dang. I’m sorry about your TBR. Oh, wait. Not really. 😉
Haha! No reason to be sorry anyway, my TBR would be soo much more boring without you to add books to it 😉
I loved both Etienne and Kenji! However, since I am English and have the accent, I wouldn’t be bothered about hearing that all day! 😛 he is quite a cool character though! 🙂 Great list
Aww you’re so lucky, I love the English accent so much! <3 He really is! Thank you for stopping by! 🙂
You should just learn the accent and then adopt it! I don’t think it is all that great! I don’t really get the obsession from Americans and Australians etc.
I’m trying, haha, but I will always have my French accent I think! 🙂 I understand that you feel that way, hearing it everyday! I just find it very beautiful 🙂
