Hi guys! How was your week? I hope it was filled with lots of books, obviously 🙂
I think it’s time for another really fun tag! Thanks to Tasha @Headinthecloudsheartinthebooks , I got to answer all of these really great questions, thank you so much Tasha! Make sure to check out her amazing blog! Let’s get started!

Would you rather only read trilogies or only read standalones?
I think I’d prefer to read standalones. Doing book series is becoming kind of a trend, and it’s bothering, especially when the story just goes on and on for pages and books, but, when you think about it, everything could have held on in one book. I’d rather read standalones. I’m not saying some trilogies aren’t good, I could quote a lot of those which are damn amazing. But, if I have to choose, this would be my argument for standalones! 🙂
Would you rather only read male or female authors?
Honestly, I would rather read books by both genres! I don’t think a male, or female author affects the quality of a book. I read books both by male and female authors, and I love both.
Would you rather shop at Barnes and Noble or Amazon?
Well, there it’s not like I have much of a choice, haha. Since I live in France, I don’t have any Barnes and Noble here, so I go for Amazon. None of the bookshops here own the books I want to read, sadly.
Would you rather books were made into TV shows or movies?
It depends on which book we’re talking about, I guess. Some books are better fitted for a TV show, and some others for movies. For instance, I think that The Selection would make an amazing TV show, and standalones like Paper Towns, it just doesn’t make any sense to develop this book into a TV Show. I can’t choose, there, between the two, sorry!
Would you rather read only 5 pages per day or 5 books per week?
5 books per week, without a doubt! I don’t know if I could hold the rhythm all the time, but I would love to, there are so many books to read!
Would you rather be a professional author or reviewer?
I would love to be a professional author, but well, I will never have the talent for that, I think, never really kept on writing a whole project, even though I would love to, and I have ideas…anyway I’m too shy for now, haha. So I’d guess a reviewer would be the realistic answer to this 🙂 Reading books and sharing my opinion about it would be an amazing way to live.
Would you rather be a librarian or a bookseller?
I think I would have to be a bookseller, more than a librarian. Talking about books, and making them want to read them, to buy them, to cherish them, and love the story inside it, is honestly the best.
Would you rather read only your favorite genre, or every other genre but your favorite?
Hm, I don’t think I have a favorite genre? I mean, I love dystopia, but I also love contemporary? So if I can pick two/three genres as my favorites, I would rather read that only 🙂
Would you rather only read ebooks or physical books?
Finally a very easy one! Physical books, all.the.way. I almost don’t read e-books at all, I don’t really like it, I don’t feel the book and let myself into the story as I can with physical copies. Is that weird?
And now I’m going to tag…all of you guys! I would love to read all of your answers to these questions, all of you followers, and of course anyone who stumbles upon that post! 🙂

Your answer to the last question isn’t weird at all! I literally only have like nine books on my ereader. So it’s stowed away in the corner of my bookshelf the majority of the year, collecting dust! And we have a B&N here, but I hate the way the store is set up. I actually prefer Books a Million. ^.^
Aw, I’m so glad to see I’m not alone! There are some books I would love to read, but that are only ebooks, though, so that makes me sad!
Aw I didn’t know about Books a Million, thank you for making me discovering it! 😀
My closest bookstore is BAM, so I’m attached kind of attached to it. I’m not sure if they have it where you live, it’s probably only a U.S. store… but if you ever get the chance one day, try their Joe Mugg’s cafe. The drinks, including the non-coffee, there are divine! 🙂
No, they don’t have this store where I live, but I will definitely go there when I go back to the U.S, to try that! And of course, to spend hours with boooooooooks! 😀
Thank you for doing this! And so soon! 🙂
I totally get what you mean about some series getting draggy, it’s kinda like the author just keeps pushing it even though there’s really nothing to add. Some series I’ve read would have been better off as a duology or a trilogy not a 5 to 6 books series.
I’m glad you enjoyed doing this tag and I loved reading your answers!
I also get you being shy about posting your projects, there’s just something intimidating about it if you ask me!
Ideas are good! Every time one hits you, write it down somewhere or save it on your phone or something. That’s what I do, you never know when your random ideas could all add up to be one amazing book! I’d love to read your stories/ideas should you choose to post them! <3
Thank you again for tagging me, I had such a great time answering those questions! 🙂
That’s exactly how I feel! It’s like the author can’t stop, and no matter how amazing a series is, I think, sometimes you have to know when to stop! 🙂
Thank you so much for the tip, I will definitely try to do that more often then! Thank you so much! <3
I had a great time reading them! 😀
Exactly!
Don’t mention it! <3
Once again it was nice "chatting" with you! <3
If I had to choose between my favorite genre or all BUT my favorite genre I would definitely pick my favorite which is FANTASY. I fantasy like no other and I could never give it up!!!
I agree, I’m fine with both male and female authors! <3 Great answers! 🙂
Aw, thank you ! 🙂 <3
