Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by Brokeandbookish. This week’s theme is the Top Ten All Times Favorite Authors. I love so many authors, but I can say that I found this list pretty easy to make, as I have some writers I can, and will, if it’s not already done yet, read everything from. (Especially John Green, I’d read his grocery list, to be honest.) As always, click on the title of the books for a link to their Goodreads page 🙂

1 • John Green
I can’t even begin to explain how much I love John Green. He’s my favorite of all times, and I can’t, and won’t quote enough reasons for that. First book I read ? Looking For Alaska. Why I love him ? His writing, his understanding of teenagehood, his stories full of mischevious adventures, his words staying with me forever.
First book I read? Shatter Me. Why I love her? Her writing, haunting and unlike anything I’ve ever read before.
3 • Lauren Oliver
First book I read? Delirium. Why I love her? I fell in love with the world in Delirium, and with the characters in all of her books. Strong, relatable characters. And a writing style with so many beautiful quotable passages.
First book I read? The unbecoming of Mara Dyer. Why I love her? Her writing style, her crazy unthinkable ideas and for inventing one of the most original and haunting story I have ever read.
5 •Scott Westerfeld
First book I read? Uglies. Why I love him? He has a way of inventing amazing and believable stories, and worlds.
First book I read? Solitaire. Why I love her? She perfectly captures what teenagers can feel and think, there’s no one like her. I can’t wait to read more from her.
7 • Jenny Han
First book I read? The Summer I Turned Pretty. Why I love her? She has a way of writing amazing stories, filled with love and I always feel with the characters.
First book I read? Since you’ve been gone. Why I love her? I fell in love with the story she told, her main characters, and their growth thorough the books.
9 • Laura Nowlin
First book I read? If he had been with me. Why I love her? I fell in love with her oh, so beautiful writing, and this particular story she wrote, the character she shaped. I can’t wait to read more from her.
First book I read? Pretty Little Liars. Why I love her? She writes great stories, full of plot twists and mischevious ideas.
Which of these authors would make it on your list ? Did you read any of those books, are those some authors you don’t know, and / or are you interested in checking out ? Let me know in comments!

There are quite a few authors on this list that I need to check out! Thanks for sharing!
Aw, you’re so welcome! Let me know if you check out one of those, I would love to know your opinion about it! 🙂
None of yours are on my list, although I do like Scott Westerfeld, I have to say I loved Uglies and then the other books in the series were kind of a disappointment. I’m also currently reading Lauren Oliver’s Panic, and Before I Fall is on my TBR list. I’ve considered reading Pretty Little Liars but I watch the show and from what I understand they’re pretty different so I’d probably get confused!
Here’s my TTT:

Aw, for me it was only kind of the last book, Specials, that disappointed me a bit, in this series. However, I still loved it! 🙂 I hope you’re enjoying Panic!
Yes, the books are very different from the show, however I absolutely love all the plot twists in it! I think that, if you like the show, you should love the books! And if you ever get confused, I’m here to help 🙂
Thanks for stopping by! I’ll check out your TTT ! 🙂
