Hi guys, how are you doing today? I can’t believe September is already here! It makes me so sad, I swear. Anyways, I know today is Top Ten Tuesday day, however, I didn’t feel so inspired by the theme, so I decided to do a book tag instead. I hope you’ll enjoy it! 🙂
Many thanks to Erika @ Erika in Bookventureland for tagging me! Check out her blog if you have some time, it’s pretty amazing, and she’s a sweetheart. Let’s get started with the questions!
What book kept you up all night reading?
For this one, I’m going to say Red Queen, probably because I remember reading it in bed and not wanting to stop.
What book made you scared to go to sleep?
Out of all the books I’ve read, I think that The 5th Wave is the one that really made me kind of anxious. I mean, this plot is pretty chilling, and honestly, just closing my eyes and thinking about it makes me feel unease.
I didn’t really know what to pick for this question, so I guess I’d say Anatomy of a Misfit. It wasn’t a bad book, at all, I just didn’t click with the main character, so I wasn’t really into the story.
Vanishing Girls is the first that comes to mind. I absolutely love all of Lauren Oliver’s books, and from reading the synopsis, I just couldn’t wait to hold it in my hands. I mean, sisters, disappearance, and, damn, it’s everything I love in a story.
The Mara Dyer series. Noah Shaw, if you hear me, I love you!
Any dystopian book, would be the right answer, because damn… some authors really can give us chills, just with words, and have the talent to make us believe such a world is right behind our doors. Maybe I’d go with The Hunger Games.
Erika, I might copy you on that one, because I couldn’t think of anything else. The Heir really has a nightmarish cliffhanger…I mean, how can Kiera Cass end her book like that, I need to know what happens!
Hm, One night that changes everything ? Right from the title, you know it’s going to be nighttime, haha! 🙂
What book have you actually dreamed about?
It’s funny, I thought about this question for the last ten minutes, and couldn’t come up with any book…I guess I’m not dreaming about books when I’m sleeping…more like daydreaming all day about it!
It’s not a monster, well, not strictly speaking, but…I’d say someone who wants to get rid of all my feelings, just like in The Program. That really would be the worst!
And…that’s it for this tag! Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoyed reading my answers guys! 🙂 What about you? What book kept you up all night, and what book put you to sleep? Let me know in comments! 🙂
